Pneumatic power presses up to 615T, VMC and CNC turning centres, in-house foundry and tool room, robotic and manual welding, spectrometry, XRF and vision measurement systems. You will run, programme or design the actual machines — not slides about them.

Three of our five plant heads started as line operators or graduate trainees. We post every internal opening for 14 days before going external — your next role is almost always already here.

Safety is built, not posted

SMETA-4P audited across every plant. Machine guarding, LOTO and PPE are conditions of employment. We publish our LTIFR internally every month and the plant head signs every incident review.

    Vision system operators, metallurgists, lab technicians and PPAP coordinators owning every release of every lot.

Anti-harassment

An Internal Complaints Committee operates under the PoSH Act, 2013 at every plant. Complaints are investigated within statutory timelines and retaliation is itself a disciplinary offence.

Whistleblower protection

Anyone can raise a concern — anonymously if preferred — to ethics@radishtechnologies.com. Reports go to a board-level committee and good-faith reporters are protected from any form of retaliation.
